My parents loved it here!! They were very well taken care of and respected!!! They especially loved playing bingo on Wednesdays and family nights! I would choose Brookstone hands down. The staff is amazing!!! We love Brookstone!

I go to Brookstone to visit my great aunt. The staff is always very welcoming and friendly. We get to sit outside on nice days and see all the pretty flowers that are blooming. It truly is a great place with wonderful staff.

I would recommend this place to every single person/family I know! I know that my loved one is left in good hands when I am not there. The staff treat everyone like one big family. It’s a clean, safe environment. The residents are all friendly and welcoming of new faces. Any communication I leave for my dad is passed to the other staff, so his care is consistently carried out. It’s a very supportive environment that encourages and facilitates independence and dignity. The team is always quick with responses and follow up. I could not have picked a more prefect place for my dad to live.
I am leaving this review from my personal experience with this facility, but I also know many of the residents/families and the experience is the same for them too. Lisa Wexell made a hard transition so easy for us. She is always available and happy to facilitate for whatever is needed.

Brookstone’s staff was extremely caring and professional. Brookstone CNA and nurse provided assistance for my mom when she needed it most. She was able to make friends and become apart of the Brookstone community quickly and easily. My mom loved the meals and activities. The Brookstone administration (Chris and Lisa) were always there to help our family.

The staff at Brookstone of Aledo are amazing and the facility just feels good when you are there. Lisa was wonderful keeping in touch with my Father thru the whole process, she made him feel like family. Chris is one of a kind, so many wonderful things he has done for the Brookstone community and beyond. Marcie, Sue, Beth, all the staff has helped my Dad feel like he is coming home as he is leaving his past ❤️

The staff at Brookstone of Aledo have been absolutely wonderful to both my parents and our family as our parents transitioned to assisted living. As our first point of contact, Lisa Wessels was incredibly helpful in explaining the application and move-in process, touring us through the building and making sure our parents could envision Brookstone as their new home. Marcie Terrill has worked tirelessly to help us through the financial part of the process. Both of these gals have always been available to answer any questions or concerns at any time with genuine care and kindness. Head Nurse, Sue, and her team have been absolutely wonderful! They come to my parents' aid whenever needed, reminding them to not be afraid to call on them however big or small the need. Activities Director, Beth, does an amazing job keeping a schedule of fun and entertaining activities so that there is always something for the residents to do. Missy and the kitchen staff work hard to provide nutritious meals with alternative options making sure there is always something good to eat. At the front desk, Sheila greets us with a smile and is always helpful. Chris, Executive Director, was very helpful during the application process and definitely considers his residents' needs when making decisions for the facility. Our parents have come across old friends and made some new ones and this journey is just beginning for them. We are grateful to the entire Brookstone of Aledo staff and are so happy for this chapter of life for our parents.
